The results are clearly excellent, but why do only 80% of our clients think we provide ‘good to excellent value for money’? The answer is that the advanced care, diagnostics and treatment that we provide does not come cheap anymore. For example, we regularly provide keyhole surgery services to our clients pets’ – usually costing upwards of £1800! It is no surprise from the survey that those clients with good quality pet insurance found that this was excellent value for money compared with those who did not have insurance. It therefore further highlights how important it is for our clients to take out a comprehensive ‘Covered for Life’ pet insurance policy. A few of our clients testimonials from this survey:
